Welcome
My altar right now is a milk crate in my closet. My yoga mat’s underneath it. My meditation pillows are shoved to one side. My candles, pendulum, and angel cards sit next to it when I need them, and my journals live on an old shoe shelf I turned into something that’s mine. There are clothes hanging above the whole thing.
It works.
That’s the whole idea behind this shop. You don’t need a sunroom. You don’t need a meditation studio with good light and a cleared-out shelf. You need a place to breathe and most of us are already improvising one out of whatever’s around. A milk crate. A corner of a bedroom. A blanket spread out under a tree because that’s where you happened to stop walking.
We make things for that space. The real one. Not the one in the magazine photo.
What We Make
Some of what’s here is serious pieces meant to sit on your altar, hold your cards, cover the crate, mark the spot where you come back to yourself. Some of it is just fun, because devotion doesn’t have to be solemn to be real, and because a little wonder and a little whimsy belong in the same drawer as your tarot deck.
Everything we make is meant to travel with you or stay put with you whether that’s a fold-out blanket that turns into a bag so you can take your practice into the woods, or a cover for the crate that’s been holding your practice together all along.
Mission
We create or find meaningful pieces for the space you actually have, not the space you wish you had pendulums, cards, altar pieces like dreamcatchers, tapestries, and inspiring photography, designed to work in a closet as well as a cathedral.
Vision
We want it to be normal to say “my altar is a milk crate” without apologizing for it. A meaningful practice doesn’t wait for the right room. It starts with whatever’s in front of you, right now, today.
What We Believe
You don’t need permission. Not from square footage, not from having “enough” space, not from doing it the way anyone else does it. If it’s a corner, a crate, a rock by a river — that’s enough.
Devotion can be playful. We take the practice seriously. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. Both things are true here at once.
Made things carry something. Whether it’s your own hands or ours, an object made with intention holds a little more weight than one that wasn’t. That’s why some of what we sell is handmade, one at a time, by an actual person — not sourced off a shelf.
Return matters more than ritual. You don’t need a perfect routine. You need somewhere to come back to when the day’s been too much. That’s the whole point.
